Kairos Astrology Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10 · Last updated: October 8, 2026
AstroTrellis, LLC ("AstroTrellis," "we," "us," "our") operates the Kairos Astrology web app and mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Kairos calculates your astrological chart, gives you readings and timing guidance based on it, and teaches you the astrology behind them. That chart starts with some of the most personal details you can share: when and where you were born. The questions you ask and the journal entries you write can be just as personal. When you share them with Kairos, you are trusting us with them, and we treat that trust with care and respect. We want you to know plainly what happens to your data. This policy explains what we collect, why we need it, and how we store and protect it. It also covers the types of services that help us process your data and the choices you have, including how to delete your account. The short version: we collect what Kairos needs to work, we don't sell your data, and you decide who else sees your profile and chart.
Data Controller: AstroTrellis, LLC, Arizona, USA
Contact: [email protected]
AstroTrellis is the data controller responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated into them by reference. By using Kairos, you agree to our Terms of Service, including this Privacy Policy, and acknowledge that your information is handled as described here. Where this policy says that something happens only with your consent, that consent is asked for separately and is not given by using the Service.
What We Collect
Information You Provide
Birth data. Date of birth, time of birth, whether the birth time is known, and place of birth (city, country, coordinates, and timezone). We need it to calculate your astrological chart. Precise birth coordinates are required because a chart is sensitive to them. Without this data, the Service cannot function.
Account information. Email address (and, if you sign in with Apple or Google, the account identifier, email address, and name those services return; Google also returns a profile picture link, which we do not store), name or display name, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text). Optional: profile photo, biography, gender. Gender is used only to generate your readings and is never shown to anyone else. You choose who can see your other profile details, such as your name, profile photo, biography, birth city, and planets, in Settings → Advanced Privacy: everyone, your friends, only the friends you choose, or no one. You can change these settings or remove your details at any time, and your profile photo is deleted when you delete your account.
Birth data for other people. If you save a chart for someone else (a partner, parent, or your child), we store the name or label you give them, their relationship to you, and their birth date, time, and place. See the "Charts You Save for Other People" section below.
AI chat and journal content. Messages you send to our AI features, journal entries, life events you record, intentions and descriptions you enter when searching for auspicious timing, and any other text you enter in the app. This is stored so you can return to your history and so that later answers can take earlier ones into account.
Your current location (optional). If you enable location-dependent features (daily timing, auspicious-window search), we store the city, coordinates, and timezone you select or allow us to detect. This is used for astronomical calculation only. We do not track your movements or collect background location.
Social connections (if applicable). If you use our social features, we store friend requests, connections, and the per-person visibility settings you choose.
Feedback and reports. If you send feedback or report a problem or another user, we keep your message, any screenshots you attach, and your account identifier, username, app version, and platform so we can investigate and respond. We keep these while your account is active. If you delete your account, we keep the record of the issue and how we resolved it, but remove your account identifier and username from it. If the issue is still open when you delete your account, we remove them once it is resolved. You can ask us to delete your feedback sooner at [email protected].
Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe (for web purchases) or by Apple or Google (for in-app purchases through their app stores). We do not store your credit card number or payment credentials on our servers.
Your consent choices. When you accept this policy, and each time you turn an optional setting described in this policy on or off, we record the choice, the date and time, and the version of the wording you saw.
Information Collected Automatically
Usage data. How you use the app: screens visited, features used, and how long you spend. This is linked to your account. It never includes what you write in chat or your journal. You can turn it off in Settings → Privacy.
Device information. Device type, operating system, app version, and general diagnostic data used to fix bugs and maintain performance.
IP address. Used for security, fraud prevention, and to infer general geographic region (country or state level). We do not collect precise GPS location unless you enable location features (see above).
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Kairos does not track you across other apps or websites, so there is no tracking behavior to change in response to a DNT signal. The same applies to the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: we do not sell your data, share it for targeted advertising, or use third-party advertising or analytics tools.
Information We Generate About You
Most privacy policies skip this. We think you should know what we create from your data, not just what we collect.
Calculated chart data. Planetary positions, houses, periods, and related values derived from your birth data, cached for performance.
AI-generated interpretations. Readings, daily summaries, timing descriptions, and life events identified in your journal entries. These are stored with your account so you can return to them.
Sensitive-topic readings (optional, off by default). An astrological reading can touch on health or medical conditions, mental health, sex life or sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, and trade-union membership. Kairos gives readings on these topics only if you turn on "Sensitive topics in readings". You are asked once when you set up your account, and you can turn the setting on or off at any time in Settings → Privacy. The setting applies to every chart in your account: your own, and the charts of other people aged 16 or over that you have saved. For a chart a friend has shared with you, the friend must also have allowed it (see "Friends" below). It never applies to charts of people under 16, which follow the "Privacy for People Under 16" section. If the setting is off and you ask Bhrigu about one of these topics, Bhrigu says so and offers to turn the setting on there and then; if you choose "Not now", Bhrigu gives a timing-only reading of the period you described and does not read the topic itself. Daily summaries and the life events identified in your journal entries also stay clear of these topics while the setting is off.
These readings are interpretations of a birth chart. They are not statements of fact about any person, and they are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. They are not diagnoses and must not be used as a substitute for professional care. Kairos does not record any such reading as an attribute of your profile. The reading remains in your conversation history, and anything you write about these topics remains in your messages or journal, until you delete that conversation, that entry, or your account. We do not share these readings with other users and do not use them for advertising.
Profiling. Astrological readings evaluate personal characteristics from birth data, which the GDPR calls "profiling" (Art. 4(4)). Kairos does not make any automated decision about you, or about anyone whose chart you save, that has legal or similarly significant effects.
Technical data. Device and browser information necessary to deliver the Service, error and diagnostic logs, and (if you enable notifications) a push subscription identifier.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Service: Calculate your chart, generate AI-powered readings, store your history, and deliver personalized content.
- To improve the Service: Usage patterns show which features are used. Analytics are linked to your account but never include your content. You can opt out in Settings → Privacy. Separately, and only if you opt in, your AI conversations may be used to review and improve our own models (see "Improving Our Models").
- To communicate with you: Service-related messages (account verification, security alerts, important updates). These are necessary for the Service to function and are not marketing. We do not send marketing or promotional emails unless you turn on "News and Updates" in Settings → Privacy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email, or by contacting [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not affect service-related messages.
- To keep the Service secure: Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of our systems.
- To comply with the law: Respond to lawful requests from public authorities, including law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or courts, where we are legally required to do so.
When We May Share Your Information
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We may share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. With the processors described in the "AI and Third-Party Processors" section, solely to operate the Service.
- Legal requirements. If required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AstroTrellis, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If AstroTrellis is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you through the app or by email before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- With your consent. In any other case, only with your explicit permission.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR, Article 6)
If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process your data under the following lawful bases:
- Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Birth data, account information, AI chat content, and journal entries. These are necessary to deliver the service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Security and fraud prevention, and usage analytics for service improvement. Analytics are linked to your account with an in-app opt-out (Settings → Privacy).
- Explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)) for sensitive-topic readings: Generating readings on the sensitive topics listed above, and processing what you write when you ask for them. You give this consent by turning on "Sensitive topics in readings". You withdraw it by turning the setting off in Settings → Privacy. Withdrawal stops further sensitive-topic readings; you can remove earlier ones by deleting those conversations. Where a friend gets a sensitive-topic reading from your chart, it rests on the separate consent you give with the "Sensitive topics (AI)" setting in Advanced Privacy, which you can withdraw there at any time.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a)) for model improvement: Using your AI conversations to review and improve our own models. You give this consent by turning on "Help make Bhrigu better". You withdraw it by turning the setting off (see "Improving Our Models").
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for third-party charts: Storing charts you save for other people aged 16 or over, and generating readings from them, balanced against the interests of the person concerned (see "Charts You Save for Other People").
- Consent of a parent or guardian (Art. 6(1)(a)) for under-16 charts: Charts saved for someone under 16 rely on the consent the account holder gives, as that child's parent or legal guardian, when the chart is saved. Timing readings need a separate, optional consent. The parent or guardian can withdraw either by deleting the chart, and can turn timing readings off at any time with the switch on the chart page.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Marketing communications, if you turn on "News and Updates" in Settings → Privacy. You can withdraw consent at any time there without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Retention of transaction records for tax and accounting requirements.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your data. We do not sell personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
We do not share your data for third-party advertising. No ad networks. No tracking pixels following you around the internet. No selling your birth chart to the highest bidder.
We do not track you across other apps or websites. We have no interest in what you do outside of Kairos.
We do not use your data to train AI models unless you opt in. Your AI conversations are used to train our own models only if you turn on "Help make Bhrigu better", and only with your name, birth details and personal information removed. Your journal entries and birth data are not used to train our models. None of your data is used to train any third party's models.
Improving Our Models (Optional)
Kairos runs on AI models that AstroTrellis develops. You can choose to help improve them by turning on "Help make Bhrigu better". The setting is off unless you turn it on. You are asked once: accounts that existed before the setting was introduced see it in a pop-up on the first open after the update, and other accounts see a card in the chat after their fourth conversation. You can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy. Kairos works the same whether the setting is on or off.
If you turn it on:
- Your conversations with the AI from that point forward may be reviewed by AstroTrellis and used to evaluate and train our own models.
- Before that use, we remove names and birth details from the text.
- Conversations about a chart saved for someone under 16 are never used.
- Conversations about another person's chart are not used.
- Your conversations are never given to a third party to train its models.
If you turn it off, we stop using your conversations and remove them from the material used for later evaluation and training. A model that has already been trained cannot be untrained, so turning the setting off does not change models trained before then.
If you used Kairos during our beta, we will ask you separately whether your beta conversations may be used in the same way. If you do not agree, they are not used.
AI and Third-Party Processors
Bhrigu is an AI. The readings in Kairos are produced by AI models developed by AstroTrellis together with models from third-party providers, running on third-party platforms. They are interpretations of a calculated chart, and they can be inaccurate or incomplete. The app says so at the start of each conversation.
AI language model providers. When you use AI features, the following is sent to third-party AI language model providers through their business APIs to generate your response: your question and the recent conversation; the first name and gender of each person whose chart is being read; facts calculated from the chart, which include positions, the dates of planetary periods, and ages; excerpts from our reference library; and, for some timing answers, the name of your city. We do not send the date, time, or coordinates of birth themselves. Calculated chart facts are precise enough that they reflect the birth moment they were calculated from.
Some features, such as daily summaries and identifying life events in your journal entries, send the text needed for that feature to AI models through a routing service that connects us to multiple model providers. We only use models whose providers' terms prohibit training on the content we send. The content is processed to generate your response and is subject to each provider's data retention and security policies.
Reference search. To find relevant material in our astrological reference library, the text of your question is sent to a text-embedding provider. No personal data is stored in the search index.
Our own AI systems. We operate our own astrological models. Some of them run on third-party cloud compute platforms, which process only the text needed for the relevant feature, on our behalf. AI chat messages are processed by automated systems. AstroTrellis does not read your conversations unless you have turned on "Help make Bhrigu better", you send us a report or support request that concerns a conversation, or we are required to for security or legal reasons. We do not read your journal entries unless you send us a report or support request that concerns them, or we are required to for security or legal reasons.
Third-party information in AI chat. The AI generates astrological readings only for charts saved to your account or shared with you by another user through Kairos's friend-sharing features, subject to that user's privacy settings. Mentioning someone or providing their birth details in a conversation does not make their chart available for a reading. Your message, including any personal information it contains, is transmitted to our AI providers as part of processing your request. You are responsible for having appropriate consent or a legitimate reason to share another person's information in chat.
Categories of processors we use:
- Cloud hosting and database infrastructure: stores your account data, birth data, chat history, and journal entries. Encrypted at rest and in transit.
- AI language model APIs: receive your question, first names and gender, calculated chart facts, and reference excerpts to generate readings. Per their API terms, this data is not used to train their models.
- AI model routing: connects us to multiple AI model providers for features such as daily summaries and journal life-event identification. Receives only the text needed for that feature. We only route to models whose providers do not train on it.
- AI compute platforms: run our own models. Receive only the text needed for the relevant feature.
- Text embedding and reference search: receives search text only, to match your question against our astrological reference library. No personal data is stored in the search index.
- City and timezone lookup: receives the place name you search for, and the coordinates of the place you select, to resolve coordinates and timezone.
- Payment processing: Stripe (for web purchases) or Apple/Google (for in-app purchases) processes your payment. We never receive or store your credit card details.
- Authentication and notifications: Apple or Google (if you use their sign-in), and browser and device push notification services. From sign-in we receive only your account identifier, email address, and name (and, from Google, a profile picture link we do not store). Notification payloads are encrypted in transit.
- Transactional email: sends account emails (such as sign-in and verification) and confirmations of reports you submit. Receives your email address and the content of that message.
- Support and issue tracking: when you submit a report or in-app feedback, the details you provide are logged in our internal work-management tool so our team can respond.
Our AI providers do not use content sent through their business APIs to train their models. Where a provider retains data briefly for abuse monitoring, it does so under contract and for a limited period.
We require our processors to maintain data protection commitments consistent with GDPR Article 28, whether through their standard service terms, API agreements, or dedicated Data Processing Agreements. A complete list of named processors is available on request by contacting [email protected].
Data Retention
While your account is active: We retain your chart, your chat history, your journal entries, and your preferences so the Service works for you.
When you delete your account: We delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days of your request. Anonymized analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely. Certain records may be kept as required by law (for example, transaction records for tax purposes, typically up to 7 years). If you sent feedback or reports, we keep the record of the issue but remove your account identifier and username from it, as described under "Feedback and reports."
Specific retention periods:
- Account and birth data: retained while your account is active
- AI chat history and journal entries: retained while your account is active, or until you delete the conversation or entry
- Charts saved for other people: retained while your account is active, whether or not you have an active subscription. Deleted immediately if you remove them, or within 30 days if you delete your account
- Cached chart calculations: retained while your account is active and deleted with it
- Conversations used for model improvement: removed from evaluation and training material when you turn the setting off or delete your account
- Records of your consent choices: retained while your account is active and deleted with it
- Feedback and reports: retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, the issue record is kept and your account identifier and username are removed. If the issue is still open, they are removed once it is resolved.
- Security and diagnostic logs: up to 90 days
- Tap-level usage events: 90 days; other usage analytics: retained while your account is active; all deleted with the account
- Anonymized analytics: retained indefinitely (no longer personal data)
- Transaction records: up to 7 years (legal obligation)
- After account deletion: personal data removed within 30 days from active systems
- Encrypted backups: deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 additional days before being overwritten
Anonymized data: Data that has been stripped of all identifying information and cannot be linked back to you is not considered personal data and may be retained for research, quality assurance, and service improvement without time limitation.
Your Rights and Choices
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Access your data. View the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct your data. Update inaccurate account or birth information.
- Delete your data. Delete your account and associated personal data at any time: open Kairos and go to Settings, tap Delete Account, and confirm when prompted. We remove your account and associated personal data from active systems within 30 days, subject to the backup periods and legal-retention exceptions described under "Data Retention." If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with your account email address and we will process your deletion request. Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. Cancel your subscription through your account settings (for Stripe) or through the App Store or Google Play (for in-app subscriptions) before deleting your account.
- Export your data. Request a copy of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (data portability) by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
- Change your optional settings. Turn "Sensitive topics in readings", "Help make Bhrigu better", and usage analytics on or off at any time in Settings → Privacy.
Additional Rights for EU/EEA and UK Users (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you also have the right to:
- Restrict processing. Ask us to limit how we use your data while a concern is being resolved.
- Object to processing. Object to processing based on legitimate interest. We will stop unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
- Withdraw consent. Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time using the setting or method described for that processing in this policy. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Lodge a complaint. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated. A list of EU supervisory authorities is available at ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities.
We respond to all rights requests within 30 days. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise any of these rights. If you are an authorized agent acting on behalf of a user, contact us at the same address with documentation of your authorization.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact [email protected] for requests.
California Minors
If you are a California resident under 18 and have an account with Kairos, you may request removal of content you have submitted through the Service. To make this request, contact [email protected] with "California Minor Content Removal" in the subject line and a description of the content you want removed. Removal does not guarantee complete erasure from all systems (for example, content may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days).
Other U.S. State Privacy Laws
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data, as well as the right to opt out of the sale of personal information and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any privacy right available under your state's law, contact [email protected]. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with "Appeal" in the subject line.
Charts You Save for Other People
Kairos lets you save birth details for people other than yourself.
Your responsibility. Only enter another person's birth details where you have a legitimate reason to hold them, ordinarily because they are a member of your family or have agreed. Do not enter details for someone who has asked you not to. You are responsible for the information you provide about others.
How these charts are handled:
- Charts you save for other people are visible only to you. They are not shown to other Kairos users, are never searchable, and are not connected to that person's own Kairos account if they have one.
- We collect only what a chart calculation requires: a name or label, the relationship, and birth date, time, and place. We do not ask for their contact details. You may add a short private note to a saved chart (notes are not available for charts of people under 16). Notes are visible only to you, are never sent to the AI, and are deleted with the chart.
- We do not contact people whose charts you save, and we do not build advertising or marketing profiles from them.
- A reading for another person's chart is an interpretation of a birth chart. It is not information about that person and is never a diagnosis. Readings on the sensitive topics listed in this policy are given for charts you have saved only when you have turned on "Sensitive topics in readings". For a friend's shared chart, the friend must also have allowed them. Charts of people under 16 are never covered by that setting; see the "Privacy for People Under 16" section.
- Conversations about another person's chart are not used to improve our models.
- You can delete a saved chart at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Deleting your account deletes every chart you have saved.
Friends. When you accept a friend request, that person may view your own chart and ask the AI about it only if your privacy settings allow it. In Settings → Advanced Privacy you decide whether all your friends, only the friends you choose, or no one can see your planets and chart and ask the AI about your chart. This permission does not grant access to your chat history, journal entries, or charts you have saved for other people. Sensitive topics have their own setting in the same place, "Sensitive topics (AI)", which is off unless you turn it on. A friend gets a reading on a sensitive topic from your chart only if you have turned that setting on, the friend is allowed to ask the AI about your chart, and the friend has turned on their own "Sensitive topics in readings". The two settings are independent: you can have sensitive-topic readings for yourself without allowing friends to get them from your chart. You can revoke this permission for an individual or for everyone through your privacy settings. We never reveal to anyone whether a person is on Kairos, and a chart someone saves is never matched to a registered account.
If you are the subject of a chart someone else saved. You may contact us at [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, or to ask that it be deleted. Because these records are stored under the account of the person who entered them and are not indexed by name, we will need enough detail to locate the record, and we may need to contact the account holder. We will respond within 30 days.
Data Security
We protect information in transit and at rest with encryption and use access controls to restrict access to your data. Your journal entries, chat conversations, and charts you save for other people are private to your account and are not visible to other Kairos users. Your own chart may be shared with friends according to the permissions described above.
Access by our staff is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the Service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Privacy for People Under 16
Kairos is not intended for anyone under 16, wherever they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that someone under 16 has created an account, we will delete it and all associated data promptly. If you believe someone under 16 has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected].
Whose information this is. No one under 16 may hold a Kairos account, and we collect nothing from anyone under 16. Where a chart is saved for someone under 16, the birth details are entered by, and collected from, the account holder, who must be 18 or over and confirm that they are that child's parent or legal guardian with current parental responsibility. We process these details only with the parent's or guardian's consent, only for the readings they ask for and within the limits in this section, and they can delete them at any time.
Parents and guardians saving charts for someone under 16. If you are 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of someone under 16, you may save up to four charts for people under 16. You will be asked to confirm this when you save the chart. Where you do, everything in the "Charts You Save for Other People" section applies, with these additional safeguards:
What is generated. Readings for an under-16 chart describe tendencies: natural temperament and needs, such as sensitivity, the need for security, how they tend to meet change or frustration, how they make friends, and where a parent and child tend to meet easily. They are interpretations of a birth chart, not statements of fact about the person, and not assessments of any kind. They never describe a condition, a diagnosis, or a cause, and they are written as what the person tends to need and what tends to help. They are stored privately with the parent's or guardian's account, never shared with other users, never used for advertising, and deleted with the chart.
What is never generated. Kairos does not diagnose or assess health or medical conditions, mental health conditions, sex life or sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, or trade-union membership for an under-16 chart. The "Sensitive topics in readings" setting does not change this. If a question routes toward a condition or diagnosis, Kairos provides a timing-only response where timing readings are allowed, and recommends consulting a qualified professional. Under-16 charts are never compared or ranked against each other.
Timing readings (optional consent). When saving an under-16 chart, you may consent to let Kairos read the timing of a period you describe for that person, such as a move, a school transition, or a difficult stretch. This consent is recorded per chart with a timestamp and wording version. You may withdraw it at any time with the "Timing readings" switch on the chart page, or by deleting the chart, which immediately removes the chart, the consent record, and everything derived from it. You can also contact [email protected] for help. Timing readings describe planetary periods and influences only; they do not diagnose conditions or attribute causes.
Never used for model improvement. Conversations about an under-16 chart are never used to evaluate or train our models, whatever the account holder's settings.
Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AstroTrellis. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
International Data Transfers
AstroTrellis, LLC is established in the United States and offers Kairos to people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland; the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) apply to that processing as applicable.
Kairos is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed on servers in the United States.
For EU/EEA, UK, and Swiss users: When we transfer personal data to the United States, we rely on the transfer mechanisms included in our service providers' terms, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, together with technical measures including encryption in transit and at rest. For more information about these safeguards, contact [email protected].
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, the updated policy will apply to how we handle your information. A change to this policy never turns on an optional setting for you; where a change needs your consent, we will ask for it.
